This is the duck Hunter destination. Really good choice to stay here. Facilities are clean, beds are comfortable, and the pillows are great.
Worst management ever! As a person who works nights Its hard to find a hotel that will allow us to pay for one night and use the room for less than a day. We checked in at 4am and was sure to let the clerk know we needed the room until 7pm.. The front desk clerk agreed and gave me a receipt showing arrival time and departure for 7pm. However, around 11am we had housekeeping banging on our door telling us to check out. I advised her of our receipt. 20 mins later the housekeeping manager pounds on the door telling me to go pay or get out. To make a long story short. I refused to pay another $80 to stay only 6 more hours and was TOLD to leave. The owner was there and literally refused to talk to me about the situation. The 'manager' refused to talk to me and had the poor girl at the front desk do all of their dirty work. I was never loud or hateful throughout the situation but the housekeeping manager made sure she was! I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO ANOTHER SUPER 8! DO NOT TAKE THEIR 'WORD' AS EVEN IN PRINT ON PAPER THEY DO NOT FOLLOW THROUGH! VERY DISHONEST PEOPLE!!
Nice and clean place to stay. Property seems older but maintained good. Staff is friendly. Very convenient location in Jonesboro. On the main road and restaurants are close by. Enjoyed our stay here.
Stay here 2 night ago truck broke down no problem clerk was great all in all areas.Had to come back for more maintenance issues company sent crew fax back here. Walk into a total different attitude.Clerk said she hasn't Received anything yet. Call COMPANY they resent crew fax clerk hand it to me and said I could go anywhere that they were full.Should had said that instead if throwing the first one out quite obvious that she didn't want me here.asked her to talk to my manager she call her and they work out a smoking rikm.but to make this shirt she didn't want me here I been in military over 21 years and contrition over 10 so I can obvious say she had SOMEONE else she wanted in these rooms.I don't pick where I stay and I never stay here again and like I told her I been a customer a long time to take my points I doubt need them
Very nice. After reading reviews of all the motels in the area (we were not pleased with), we decided to give this one a try. It was much better than we expected. If we are thru here again, I won't hesitate to stay.
