We have not been a pet friendly in over a year. By law we are required to accept service animals. Every front desk employee is trained to ask when someone checks in with an animal. In the case that a service animal did leave a mess their handler would be charged as well
My family and I stayed here while we were in Jonesboro, everything was exceptionally clean, and the employees and managers were very helpful and kind! Service you don't see much anymore even the guests were very kind...it all comes from the top. Thank you for a great stay. I recommend this hotel highly!!
Very unhappy with this location. The staff didn't seem to be very with it as far as the status of cleaned rooms went and the cleaning staff were very loud once my wife and I arrived in our room. We could hear them yelling at each other up and down the hall. The thing that really topped if off for me was the brown water coming from the shower faucet. I am well aware that if pipes are being worked on, this can definitely happen, but a heads up would have been nice. When I tried to alert the front desk of this happening, the phone I tried to use on the desk wouldn't dial out. There was another one by the bed, but both phones should be in working condition. A hundred and twenty dollars for a room that wasn't ready upon arrival, listening to screaming housekeepers, and brown shower water isn't my kind of a good time.
This charge was not an attack on you personally. It is a hotel policy. I strive to be a fair person and would never speak rudely to a guest, but I also have to maintain a clean and sanitary hotel.
When making decisions for this hotel I have to think of all of our guest. The condition of the room when you checked out, there was absolutely no way I could've had someone stay in that room without having the carpet shampooed and the room deep cleaned. Once we shampoo the carpet we have to leave the room unoccupied for at least 24 hours so that it can dry. We have to take into account the cost to have the carpet cleaned and the lost room revenue. If any guest purposely compromises a hotel room there is a fee. If someone smokes or takes something from a room etc...
Great staff, very helpful. They have one of the best breakfasts we've come across. Definately worth staying here!
This hotel is great. New building so it looks nice. Room is very clean. Comes with plenty of toiletries. Bed is very comfortable. Offers a free breakfast which is above average.
