We won't stay here again. We paid $89, but we'll pay more next time to stay somewhere clean and worth the money.
I guess the reason it got one star was that the bed was comfy and the water pressure in the shower was decent.
Our room was ant infested. Ants were crawling on the walls. The linens were dingy and it didn't look like the sheets had been changed. There was still someone's hair all in one of the beds. The shower curtain was gross with blood stains. We found some sort of pill on the carpeted floor. There were dirty hand prints on the walls. My 12 year old son even commented, "Dang, this place is nasty!" The staff didn't seem to mind any of this. I would rather sleep in my car than pay for that filth. One star because zero stars isn't an option.
When we first checked in we were given a smoking room. When we got up to the third floor, the hallway reeked of cigarette smoke. It wasn't half as bad as the room. My husband is a smoker and it was too much for him.
Lexington Suites Was quick to accommodate my family when we came to visit for a funeral. The service, aesthetic, and cleanliness was great. The breakfast was okay, definitely cutting corners there. I was okay with the slightly undercooked scrambled eggs, up until I started getting eggshell in every bite. Better off sticking to Waffles or cereal. All in all, not bad. Second floor in the summer time is a little rough (heat rises), can't imagine being on the third floor. While they try to compensate with AC units in every room, the hallways are thick with humidity. Not much they can control about that, though. That's just Arkansas for you. All in all, 4/5 stars. I'd say more towards 3.7/5, but I'll round up since they were very welcoming in accommodating for us.
After going downstairs and requesting a non smoking room, we get in there and it smells kinda stale, but not like cigarettes. The wall by the parking lot and a/c had cuts in the wallpaper and looks like there was some kind of water leak. The towel rack in the bathroom was rusted.
Rooms,are great,big and roomy,but the housecond keeping sucks. Sheet had blood stains so that told they did not wash or change the bedding .
Clean, quiet, affordable. I would have given it 4 stars but my last visit included a room window left open and a bunch of red wasps. Housekeeping needs to make sure windows are securely closed every time they clean a room...
