This place should be closed. Customer service is non existent. Mosquitoes have literally overrun the rooms. The hot tub is a virtual cesspool. Also, the lounge they claim to have attached to this hotel has been closed for ages. (This is particularly relevant considering Jonesboro is a dry town). I booked the room for four nights but could only stand to stay one night. It really put me in a bind trying to find another hotel. Trust me, I don't complain much, they truly are that bad. Don't waste your money on this hell hole.
Eh... service. Mediocre continental breakfast. Wi-Fi is a joke and when asked about it their answer was oh I just connect to the "holiday inn Wi-Fi" I had a good laugh about that one. Just over priced for what you actually get this is my second time staying here and it's most likely gonna be my last. And one last thing just spent an hour fighting to connect to the internet with no luck whatsoever so yes I'm using my own data to write this ugly review because I'm now tired and frustrated about wasting my money on this hotel which answers the question I've been asking myself on why they ask for a deposit before signing paperwork because they know some people would get very upset with feeling cheated out of money with bogus promises and false advertisement
The staff was very friendly and the room was very clean and very nice. Far exceded what i expected. I will definitely come back.
Not my first choice, nothing open. No pool, hot tub, exercise room. Everything locked up. Laundry room filthy, no stopper for tub. No phone. Had to get new towels from another room. Hope they were clean. Over all, real dump.
Been here 3 times. Service was fantastic, room was clean every time, the bathroom was clean and tidy, and the staff was great. The first time I went, the toilet seat was loose. The next time, I had the same room and, it was fixed. For the money, this is a great value.
