Good for the price. Looks nice.... Night person wasn't helpful. We asked for new sheets because some of the sheets were stained. We called ahead to ask about the pool, they said it was working.....it was not and it was filthy. Morning ladies were awesome, super helpful and nice. Breakfast was good and plentiful.
Great place to stay. Staff was very friendly and nice. The manager and the woman who served breakfast in the AM were two of the sweetest ladies ever! To be critical though, it was not the most aesthetic place from the outside, however rooms were pretty clean and had enough space. I will certainly be staying here again if I come back to Jonesboro.
Looks as though the hotel has been a number of different names and could really use some NEW and updated towels, furniture, bedding, pictures etc. It wasn't "nasty" by any means, but would probably choose a different hotel next time.
Bed appeared clean and front desk attendant were friendly, however we stayed for two days and the maid only made the bed. Trash was not removed from the bin and room was not restocked with fresh towels, soap, and cups. Hotel overall needs an update and a coat of paint. Spider was found in my bathroom on the 4th floor. Breakfast options were greasy microwave sausage, powered eggs, frozen biscuits, sausage gravy, toast, milk, instant apple juice, instant orange juice, and yougart. Both days my family went to breakfast at 8:00. Once the food tray of food was empty, it would not be refilled for 30 minutes or more. I will choose a different hotel next time I am in the area.
Ian at front desk is fantastic. He noticed a problem with reservation and went the extra mile to accommodate. Fantastic staff.
