Comfortable, very clean, excellent service. Breakfast is fantastic. The staff is friendly and kid friendly. Definitely staying there again as we pass through.
Sure we could have saved a few dollars staying somewhere else, but it's so worth the $20-$40 more to stay at a Hilton Garden Inn. This visit in Jonesboro was, as usual, a great stay. The kids love the indoor pool and I love the friendly staff! I was the annoying guest who kept asking for extra blankets, pillows, towels, asking a million questions, etc. Everyone I encountered was friendly, polite and never made me feel like a nuisance. The room was clean and very comfortable. I look forward to the next time I visit!
Clean rooms and good customer service in a decent location. We always stay at the Hilton garden inn when visiting Jonesboro. It's a safe bet that our stay won't be negatively affected by a bad hotel experience.

Clean rooms and nice convention areas. The staff has always been helpful and courteous to me and my employees when we have participated in conventions held at the hotel. I would recommend staying here to anyone. The only think is the food is not that great. But other than that, awesome accommodations.
