Josh G. offered the most excellent experience that I’ve had at a T-Mobile store. He was not only professional but informative and sincerely filled with knowledge and patience with my lack of knowledge as a customer. It’s because of Josh that my family and I will stay a bit longer with T-Mobile... indeed we are grateful and I can truly say, Josh is one of a kind when it comes to customer service!!!

From the minute I walked in, I was greeted with the friendliest and most helpful customer service when it comes to mobile services. I couldn’t believe how much more they offered compared to AT&T at a significantly lower cost. I highly suggest making the switch!!
