I have an account with them and I had lost my job on top of that lost my grandfather so I fell a little behind and I understand that it's their job to come to your house but you don't harass anybody and try and make nobody kids open the door for them and I have the witnesses..My Neighbor told me about the incident before my kids did..that's So Not Right
