Rude over the phone. What is it with taxis n Jonesboro Arkansas?? Both r rude over the phone. And y r the prices different depending on where ur at or going. That makes no sense. It's supposed to be done by mileage. I know. I used to drive a taxi. Not gonna get over on me
The other drivers are extremely professional and honestly I use them majority of the time because it's mainly black drivers and I love supporting black businesses however the last driver makes it hard for me to call this company when I need a ride.
A maroon van for Craighead Cab Company was riding another car's bumper down Nettleton in a school zone by Annie Camp. The first car pulled into Valero and the cab came less than an inch from hitting the car. When that happened the car pulled behind the van and began following it. I also followed because I saw the who thing unfold. The car driver followed the cab van to a customer's house and told the Cab driver he needed to be more careful because he almost clipped the car. The Cab driver then started yelling something while reaching for the glove compartment as if he was going to pull out a gun. The car left. I don't know if the cab driver actually had a gun or not, but just acting like he did was in poor taste. Are there no better people in Craighead County to drive for this company?
i have been taking cabs in Jonesboro for years. This the 1st company that can show up fast. I feel confident in calling them at a moments notice. If anything they are there before i can get ready.thx for your service.
I would give a better rating but tonight i have called both numbers and either no answer or straight to voice mail. And still 41 min later no cab and cant get a hold of anyone to see what is going on
The driver attempted to overcharge me then when I advised him I ride this taxi a lot and I know the amount of the fare he became argumentative. Told me he was the supervisor (Guessing he felt that means he could charge what he would like). I was in the taxi with my children and he was extremely unprofessional and made me never want to ride with him again.
