Over all this place did a great job. The lines and wait times were shorter than the other att stores around town. Unfortunately it did take two trips in there too get done what all I had to get done, but that was more of Att's fault and not the fault of the store. Great place with nice folks to help you.
This is not a true ATT store. Their customer service is terrible. They combined my bill with someone else took 5 months to correct. Could not use my services during this time but was billed, no discount or sorry was offered. Took back case with lifetime warranty they would not exchange out. But the true ATT store down the road would. Bypass this store go to the one on down.
Poor service, argumentative and attempted to over charge. They did not listen to my request.
