My wife's key fob needed a new battery so had her stop by Interstate to have a new one installed for her. The fob had a convenient spot on the back to pop off the battery cover and replace it. However, the owner did not even look at the case. He just pried apart the fob, breaking it, and then wrapping it up with packing tape. When I asked him about it, he acted like it wasn't his fault and made no effort to come up with a solution for the broken $400 dollar fob.
Owner is real nice, good person to do business with.
