We saw Dr. Lewis. He was friendly but very smug and didnt seem to care at all about my concerns. Literally used "I dont know" and "her hearing is better than anyones in this room so I dont know why she has ear pain". I am no doc but I was unaware that passing a hearing test meant you had no chance of pain. I should be a doc if idk is appropriate to get paid! Plus side office staff was nice. Hence the 2 stars are for them
Dr. Sales was best Dr my daughter ever had. He took time to listen to my concerns and answered all my questions.
My experience has been much better than that of Jerri Mallard. I see Dr. Shane Smith for my medical needs and Dr. Lindsay White for audiological stuff. Both of them have been fantastic! Dr. Smith has worked me in on more than one occasion, seeing to needs that aren't truly emergent but are quite uncomfortable for me. Both he and Dr. White have taken a considerable amount of time with me, explaining my issues and making sure I have the right treatment for correction. On the one occasion when he was uncertain about diagnosis he promptly made a referral to a more specialized practice, and they got me taken care of quickly.
The reception staff and business office are fantastic, the nurses I've encountered have been great - just a generally all around good experience.
