I have been to Dr Bryan Lansford's ENT office with my mother three times...First visit was great, second was ok, then today was the third visit. We will never go back to him again. It was absolutely horrible. Being a work-in at the end of the day he did not take time to numb my mother before ramming a scope into her nose and down her throat...all while he kept looking at his watch. Although I do appreciate him working her in because she is so sick just wish that he would of been a little more concerned. What is happening to our health care providers?? For goodness sakes my mother was crying and didn't get one bit of sympathy from him. Wow is all I can say. I am so disappointed and would not recommend him to anyone. We felt we needed answers and it seems that the clinics at NEA Baptist pass you back and forth.
