I took my car in for a free estimate for my car pulling to the right, and they found out that my tie rod needed to be replaced. When they found out it was just some simple retightening and realignment that made the tie rod look broken, they fixed it and charged me nothing. They wouldn't even take money when I offered. Great customer service here. I will definitely come here for my auto needs.
University Auto is not glamorous, but why should that matter? They're knowledge of cars is encyclopedic and their ability to diagnose problems is uncanny. They give fair estimates and honest opinions, generally in a really timely manner. There are no "surprise" charges, no fooling around. If you check out a lot of other spots in town, you'll see that they've padded their reviews with friends and family that make it sound like a tune-up is like a trip to Disney World. No, I trusted the 5-star reviews for this place and I'm glad I did. Take your business here. Seriously.
