2 hours for an oil change, when I was the only person in the waiting room. Also there was trash laying around everywhere. 1 of the 2 employees I met was pleasant. I hope this isn't normal for this place, because it's not cheap. But another woman did come in for service and rang the bell, but left before anyone made it to the office. I don't think I'll be going back.
