I have been using these guys for absolute YEARS and have NEVER EVER had a problem. They get you in as quick as they can, take care of what needs taken care of and get you out the door. The staff is very accommodating and very knowledgeable. I'd take my grandma here! True story! Word of advice...call ahead if your schedule is really tight. These guys get busy at times...
Great group of guys
I've had them repair tires on a couple of occasions when another company just wanted to sell me a new set of tires. Once they couldn't find anything wrong with a tire Sam's deemed "irreparable", Purcell refused to charge me for taking it off, inspecting it and doing an extended time leak test on it. Months later, it's still fine.
Manager is unfriendly but Ely is super nice and will help you in any way he can, be prepared to wait at least 2 hrs for any service, very slow there
