The service was great as usual but I am not happy because I was told it was my last free oil change. When I bought this vehicle I was told I had lifetime oil changes. It was one of the things that helped to decide to buy it. I was never told of any limitations. This is something that could cause me to take my business elsewhere.

Arrived after hours and Brad, a member of the sales team, stopped to visit with us as he was leaving for the day. No pressure just casual conversation. He agreed to come in the following day (on his day off) to show us the Lincoln we were interested in. That Sunday we visited with Brad and Ronnie and came to an agreement as to purchase price of our new car
I called up there and asked if someone could call me back since they said they were busy and no one ever called me back so 3 days later i had to call them again. I got an appointment there on Monday at got there around noon. They said they’d call me when my car was ready. I never received a call, so i called them at 5 and someone said it’d be ready to go soon and they’d give me a call when it was done. Around 7-8 pm i went up there assuming my car was still being worked on or ready in the parking lot since i still never received a call back, only to find out that my car was locked up inside, and the place was closed. Im leaving the bad review because this left me scrambling for a ride to school late last night since someone didn’t have the decency to call me back to tell me that my car would be kept overnight and the fact that they wrote my name down to get back to me and I had to call back to get an appointment AND to check the status of my car. I never leave bad reviews and it makes me sad that i have to leave negative feedback over something so simple that could’ve been fixed with some communication. Not only that but I just found out that they charged $130 to fix the camera and I asked them to please call me before doing ANY work that would cost me money to make sure I had enough to pay them and they didn’t call to even tell me it was going to cost! The guys were really nice to me and in the service department, never rude, and so were the girls up front so that’s good but please work on your customer service. I’d much rather leave good reviews and positive feedback, but this was really bad service on their part.
I made an appointment for my car to have a tire rotation and an oil change. I made an appointment for drop off at 7:30. My car was ready by 9:30. They even called me to let me know how things went and let me know if I needed anything else. Everyone was very nice and knew their job well! Very easy drop iff and pick up! Good Job Cavenaugh! I will be back again!
I would like to say Josh and Harvey went above the call of duty to help me. The transaction was effortless stress free and personable. This is by far the best place to trade. They don’t make you feel second class and they actually care if they sell a vehicle. Just try them after visiting other dealers and you will see.
