They no good, I paid a car off they didn’t report it to my credit, I let a car go back two days later it hits my credit!!!!
We found that they had a dodge Hemi 4x4 we drove over an hour to test drive and look after several calls etc we found the 4x4 was having an issue. They said they would put it in the shop and call me as soon as it was fixed. As I was to be first to buy it. This was a Friday Wednesday the next week no call so we called on it. They had sold it. They said that someone come in and bought it cash wholesale so I lost the truck I was going to buy. They didn't even call to let me know said salesman has been out sick. DONT DO BUISNESS WITH JONESBORO!!!!!!
EXCELLENT STAFF!!! Michael and Amber went out of their way to help me at a time when I REALLY needed it. Even coordinated with the Car-Mart in Conway and they too were EXCELLENT.
You people trash, the salesman, the accounting, the managing system, everybody!!!
