Trade in on dvd and bluray not good at all compared to price you pay on some of their dvds same goes for games though they do have many at cheap price
Game Xchange refused to cooperate with the Jonesboro Police Department and refused to return my brother and friend’s stolen property. We had a police report filed with the exact serial numbers of the items stolen, yet this establishment insisted that he buy it back at nearly the retail price. And on top of that, they refused to cooperate with the police in handing over video surveillance or personal details of the thief, which would have assisted the police in catching the guy and getting back my friend’s $1500 Mac book, which is still missing. 0/10 rating for customer service and business ethics.

I have spent over $80 here on some classic games, the problem is NONE OF THEM WORK! Every game I have bought from crashes, freezes, or will not load at all. And their return policy forbids me from getting my cash back even tho they sold me defective products. So now I have $80 in store credit for a place who's games won't work. Oh, and I even bought some dvd's and you guess it, they skip or freeze half way through. Don't waste your money here go ANYWHERE else even if it costs you more, it's not worth the gas to keep driving back and fourth trying to get a game/DVD that works.
