No one came to the window. I had to tap on the glass over 10 minutes after she asked me to pull forward. I found that they hadn't even started on my order. Why didn't I just leave? I guess because the wraps are that good. And she gave me a coupon. So 30 minutes of my time saved me $4. After my belly was full, I wasn't as frustrated, but ....... come one.... seriously?

I highly recommend calling a to-go order in when you are going to get your food, or you will wait 10-20 minutes for any order, even when there are no customers. That being said, one of my more recent trips, I called in my last order, and go through the drive-thru about 10 minutes after I called. The girl says to pull forward.

In conclusion, call in 15 minutes early, and never go inside if you can avoid it. With that strategy, this gets a 3 star review (can't forget about those unfriendly faces just dreading to greet you). Otherwise, 1 star sums up the fact that, though the food is (more often than not) excellent, everything else makes me want to run over the owners with my car, as to break the addiction. Save yourself.

Great smoothies!
Staff is, after having eaten here more times than any other place in my life, predictably unpleasant and usually as slow as your most detestable restaurant, which is unfortunate, because their wraps are superb. I say this because, though more than half of my visits tend to infuriate me, I still give them my money due to the flavor of the food.
As all others have voiced in their reviews, the food is great. Always healthy, though about 25% of the time, the smoothies have too much ice, or the chicken is overcooked to the point of being a chore to eat.
