We had a very nice experience. My husband had a Ruben sandwich... Which he said was excellent; however, his cole slaw was not up to that we were served at your franchise in Northwest Florida. It was course and frankly looked like it just cell from the store shelf. I had the broccoli cheese soup and half a chicken salad sandwich which was great.
Food was grrreat! Would've given a 5 star if the 1/2 chicken sandwich had been larger. The cheddar broccoli soup was very good and the tea- super!
McAlister's is what it is; pretty good food, for pretty good prices, with pretty good service. It doesn't have the wow or punch of some places that might put it over the top, but I don't always need that. Sometimes I just want a sandwich and a potato, and I know that I can depend on every time I go.
Most of the food was really good. One of the sandwiches came out incredibly soggy and there were at least 3 hairs in it. They did give a replacement without us asking for it. I'm sure it was a fluke and they really did try to make things right. I would still go back.
