One of my favorite places! The staff is always incredibly nice and the place is always very clean. I use a lot of sauce and its never an issue to get more. I've only ever had one order come out wrong and they more than corrected it. I ordered kids 6 piece meal and only got 4 nuggets. Instead of giving me two more they made me an entire new order of 6. If you get the app you get a free breakfast! Then as you order more food, you get more freebies.
My family has frequently visited this location and loved the service. However, today's visit was not up to normal Chik fil a standards. The service was slow, and they ran out of chicken biscuits during breakfast AND AFTER waiting 15min for our order to arrive. It's our understanding that this location has recently changed management. Hopefully the new mgmt will figure this out soon!!
What a great place too eat, The young woman working the window ,I believe her name was Izzy provided a level of customer service that was truly outstanding. The food was quick and hot, the service was with a smile the entire time.. Would recommend highly, for sure 5 star service restaurant.
