First time to try this so called restaurant and it’s horrible. 30 minutes after ordering they come tell us the food we ordered was not available for another 30 minutes, drinks were flat and they can’t figure out the difference between a Coke and a Diet Coke. Then the manager was shocked that didn’t want to order anything else and we left. Never again !!! They are horrible !!!
Very professional, well priced establishment. Customer service was fantastic. The "Pain killer" was delicious. Server was outstanding. The manager was also very nice and courteous
Our dining choices in Jonesboro just got a little bit easier now that Cheddar's has removed itself from the running. Our party of 9 waited for an hour and 15 minutes to be seated. Then they tried to split our party into two tables, 5 and 4. Since this defeats the purpose of having a party of 9, we suggested they just wipe the table immediately next to it that would seat 9. They said "give us another 10-15 minutes." TWENTY MINUTES later, the duration of which we watched the staff mill around in the corners and entrance to the kitchen laughing and goofing off instead of working, we were finally seated. 1 hour and 35 minutes wait time. After which we waited 20 minutes for our very complicated drink orders of "water" to arrive. Bye Bye Cheddar's, it was not nice dining with you.
Service was average, our waiter was kind of pushy in trying to get us out of there quickly it seemed. The drinks were wonderful and were really the highlight of the night. The food was not good at all. My Mac and cheese was clearly microwaved and the chicken in my wrap was cold. My wife got the nachos as a meal and those were clearly microwaved as well. The food being what it was is a shame because the place looks so nice since it was remodeled.
Absolutely love this place. I wish they would put one of these restaraunts back home in Poplar Bluff, Missouri. Excellent food and excellent service.
