Good service, food taste good, but something has upset my stomach, had the chicken philly, stomach started rumbling and hurting about 30 minutes after eating.
First I will start with the fact that the tiny Vietnamese woman behind the counter was dressed very inappropriately to handle food also did not wear gloves. She would not stop shrieking loud enough it echoed in the whole food court at all her terrified staff members. The item i purchased was the BBQ cheddar steak sandwich. I picked this one due to it being the only item on the menu that came with crispy onions. I paid 12.16 USD for the food which did not include a drink, I do not want to know what they would have charged for that in addition. So the man making my food proceeded to apply the cheese and was shoved out of the way as I can only assume he was not moving fast enough for this woman, she started jerk and slamming things around with zero care for how they splattered into their to-go box and forgot to add the one thing i ordered the specific sandwich for, the crispy onions. When I brought this to her attention she rolled her eyes at me and tried to snatch the box back out of my hand, when I declined and said it was ok, she took a tiny pinch of the crispy onions and slung them at me over the counter to my and fellow customers surprise. In the midst of all this a 800 year old Vietnamese man came from the back and got her started back at the shrieking while interrupting the whole process she seemed so eager to finish within a thirty second time frame, there where two people in line besides myself they where in no rush and the amount of panic was not needed. Needless to say that was my very first and very last visit to that establishment. The food was mediocre to say the least, would not recommend to anyone, just horrible all around.
I don't understand all of these bad reviews. I'll return here every chance I get. Amazing food. The woman behind the counter taking our order was a little rude (she didn't smile & seemed like she hated her job) but nothing I couldn't handle. Overall rating 5 stars.
HAIR IN MY FOOD! Do not eat here. Owner is the small young Chinese lady. Her daddy bought the business for her. She has no customer service skills. When I informed her of the blonde hair in my food she told me it must be mine. I do not have blonde hair.
Worse place ever ordered my food she didn't ring up half of it and then acted like it was my fault she didn't ring it up like really!!! Then I already paid for a drink and argued with me that I had to take one with the kids meal. Grrr people need to learn hospitality
