Friendly and fast services. Moving kit was super handy. And love that uhaul will buy back unused boxes.
New management is great. Steve and Mike helped with a very complex issue our uBox experienced. No one could fix or even figure out the problem until these two took ownership of the problem and worked till it was resolved. Would be a 1 Star review if not for these two great staff members. We were extremely dissatisfied but they fixed things satisfactorily and honestly care about the customers. Additionally Keon (spelling?) was very quick to assist us with hitching and unhitching our trailer, another great staff member.
Good to rent vehicles for moving or a truck to get around town. Rates on in town truck rentals should be lower to help the consumer on a budget.
This place manager Steven Garret stereotypes people if you're not European and refuses to rent to City of Jonesboro, AR city workers if you're colored, not a good recommendation for establishing business. l wouldn't advise anyone looking to rent from this place due to maliciousness and racism of this manager.
Very impressed by the all around service provided. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the rental was well maintained. Would definitely recommend!
