Used to be my family's place to go, sometimes twice a week. Lately the servers are not as good as they should be, lack of experience is obvious. Portion sizes are smaller than they used to be. And for the love of god, Stop using long and narrow rectangular plates! Every other restaurant in town does that, some meals are too big for those plates. When you have to eat a portion of your meal just to be able to put the beans and rice on the stupid plate, its a bad idea.They make your meals look smaller too. Kids meals should be free, $6 for a 4"x1" enchilada is not how you get repeat customers like we were. Just like every other restaurant in town, they start off great and then slack off until they close. Bring back the server reviews on the receipt, feedback is essential I'm this business. Bye Felicia!
It is sad to have a good resteraunt in our area with such poor service. This is Sunday afternoon it was not busy and just looking around at all the employees, most looked like they just crawled out of bed. Our waitress was not very personable and we felt like we were putting her out just being there. At one point she dropped a a few chips before putting them on our table and just left them in the floor. The entire staff lacked pride in themselves as well as in their work. The bathrooms were nasty and there was trash in the landscape out front. This had happened twice and we will not be back. When you have a job you need to take pride in it...no matter what the job.
Won't ever spend my money here again,food isn't bad but the service was terrible walked in with my wife and took them 30 mins to realize we was up front waiting for someone seat us. Then we we get our appetizer with our meal and never was brought refills our waitress was to busy talking to some friends in the booth next to us.
Had a great experience here! They were very friendly and the food was amazing! Not only that, but the food came out quick too... which is a plus! Also Shawna was a great waitress!
