I told her I never had this happen. Her response was " I'm so sorry for that" & she didn't say anything more. I sat on the phone and she wouldn't say anything. Is this how you operate????
Consistent food, and half price boneless on Thursday makes for a great deal. My only complaints are price and sometimes service is slow, but they are very busy most of the time
Just ordered Buffalo wings. We went through the whole process of making sure that the sauce on the wings was medium. Placed the order and then went to get them.
The service is pretty inconsistent and there doesn't seem to be any middle ground. You either have really GREAT service or REALLY bad service. It seems like half the employees could care less that you exist and don't acknowledge you whatsoever unless you're their assigned table, and the rest of the people who work there go out of their way to make sure you have what you need and have at least been greeted and checked on. Some staff training and being a little more expectant of your employees could change that. The food has overall been pretty consistent. Pretty much what you'd expect from a chain restaurant with a sports bar theme.
Top it off,.... I call the store and told the girl that answered what happened & she didn't know. I asked if this is the they are serving them now and she said if you ask for it that way
Decent if slightly pricey food. The place is usually cold and loud though. Don't go here for conversation. Not a bad place if you're into sports or brews. They have a pretty good selection on tap and a LOT of TVs.
When I get back home I open the bag to find fried boneless chicken, no sauce!! Why the hell ask me what sauce if you aren't putting it on the chicken??? I have ordered this same thing many times before and never a problem!!!
Look, there's other chicken wings places I know here that can handle the order.
