I recently purchased a ring there, that had to be sent in to be resized. I was told that it would take a week at most to come back in from the adjustment. So as two and a half weeks approached I took it upon myself to call and see if something was wrong with my order.However, when I asked about my order they stated that there wasn't an order under my name. That their manager Mark Howland oversees all of the orders that need to be shipped for resize. They forget to put me on hold and I overhear their entire conversation in which Mark the manager of the Store says and I quote " I don't have time for Mr. DeBoard's Blanktey Blank ring." They come back on the phone and tells me that her manager Mark hadn't had the time to get the ring even ordered yet which is two and a half weeks later. So the next day I go up there with my receipt for the purchase and just tell them that I would like a refund. Yet again T.K. apologizes for all the inconvenience that Mark has caused and gladly refunds me my money back. She also explains that Mark hasn't properly trained them on how to do anything and so I let the 40 minutes to get a refund back slide because the poor girl is trying her hardest. So I finally get my money back. No more than an hour or so later I get a phone call stating that I need to bring my money back in and get it properly put back onto my debit card because Mark is furious that I was given cash rather than deposited back my money. I politely refuse, and then was told further action would be taken against me if I didn't bring back their money in which they refunded me. In my experience Mark isn't a manager his manager title has gone to his head and has a God complex in which he thinks gives him power to treat his employees and customers as he sees fit. I will never recommend going to Fred Meyers to anyone. This type of behavior is inexcusable from a Managers standpoint.

Great selection, it's inside Kroger.

I purchased a diamond infinity ring for my fiance at the Jonesboro, AR location inside the Kroger. The service from the representatives was great but the quality of the merchandise is terrible, from 2014 - present we've had to "send back" return the ring for diamonds falling out and this current situation as we speak the "jeweler" currently has the ring and can't fix the ring because the last time I received it the ring looked as if someone just super glued the misplaced diamond back in place and this unacceptable. So as of right now the woman I spoke to Susan offered us store credit for the ring, so hopefully we can come to a comprise.
