The care my mother received in the geriatric unit was superb. The staff was courteous and kind to her and to us.

I would use extreme caution using this place. I would use a different one if I have to go back. They forced me to change into scrubs in front of 3 men when I had previously been raped and repeatedly told them that. They said I tried to run but that's a complete lie. I knew I was there involuntary, why would I run? One of them grabbed me around the throat choking me and around the arm trying to get me to the ground. However, I had the same hand to hand combat he had in the Army. When you leave the Army, you're suppose to leave that stuff alone. Think he needs a referral again. He couldn't budge me! Had me, he would've slammed me down on a concrete floor. There was one guy who was so sedated he didn't know what he was doing, however, they kept locking him up in the quiet room. It's a extremely poor practice and the proper facilities have been contacted.
