Unprofessional and apathetic.I found by and large,their staff was rude.its only if they think you are " somebody" that the ratings here look good,it seems.
This is a terrible place to trust to take care of your loved ones. My father was there for three months before he passed away, he wasn't give a bath for a week the first week we were there. He wasn't able to feed himself and was told he would eat last if he kept asking to be fed. They would bring the food to his bedside and leave it for 30-40 minutes before feeding him. The food was not good. They were rude and uncaring . He had bedsores that I would have to ask to be cleaned and covered
I have a family member in it now and she does NOT get good care. The whole staff is rude, especially food service. Only one nurse seemed like she had any personality and was there because she cared about people. The patient told me they hide her call button, I guess when she is asleep. The food is awful and not always even warm. Every time we ask a question we get a rude response like we should not even question them. The patient has developed a huge blister on her leg that is not being treated with an antibiotic only wrapped in a pad and gauze. This place has caused her to decline mentally and she was only put there for a few months of rehab after a back surgery. She is 77 years old. I wouldn't send a dog there if I didn't have to. The building is fairly new and is nice but that is all I can say good about this place.
Great experience for my dad and entire family. Clean, like new and the staff was like family. Amber and Marty helped me through everything from insurance to any other need that came up. Would highly recommend...and I looked at them all. Curry Pressly
I wish I could give them 6 stars! The facility is new, clean, and modern, but what really sets Jonesboro Health and Rehabilitation apart is the staff. Of course they certainly have a high level of professionalism, but what makes the staff special is their compassion for each resident, their gentle attitude, and, maybe most importantly, their respect for the dignity of each person--no matter the circumstances. We had several options for long-term care for my mother. Our choice of Jonesboro Health and Rehabilitation was certainly the right one!
