After waiting months for our windows, they say they lost them and had to come remeasure them. Then they lose the measurements so yet again I have to make sure someone is home for them to measure. Months later they install them and they were the wrong ones! So now we have two styles on our house. Here it is again months later, still haven't heard from them or when we will get our replacements from their mistake! Horrible service!
