I waited 1 1/2 hours for Gayle to wash & cut my hair - she was doing a color & must've forgottten I was sitting right behind her. I finally left when she said she didn't realize she was running that far behind. I'm very disappointed! She's done mt hair before & I made an appt. Specifically with her because I'd like my cut before.
If I could give less than 1 star I would. Me and my mom went up to get highlights before I had to go back to school for the summer. First, my mom got a new stylist who was supposed to have the same schedule as the manager but he had her scheduled with another stylist that only had one more year experience than she did. My moms hair turned out bright orange and burgundy. Not at all what she had asked for. The new stylist was told by the other stylist that that was not what she thought my mom wanted by she waved her off and said that was what she was doing. Then, she almost started crying when my mom said it wasn't what she wanted. My mom called the next day and asked to speak to the manager but he wasn't there and would call her as soon as he got in at 12. He finally called at 3 after telling his employee that HE DIDN'T HAVE TIME TO BE BOTHERED BY ONE OF HIS CUSTOMERS. A week later she was able to go in and get it fixed. Except it wasn't the manager that fixed it because he didn't have time once again. All they did was strip the color out of her hair. When she asked if she would have to pay to get the highlights that she had already paid for they said yes but they would give her a discount. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!!!
Most of the staff is very good at what they do. The pricing can be a bit on the high side depending on the service.
My son and I both got cuts and we are both extremely pleased! I will definitely be back.
I have been to the salon several times. Service has been awesome. Anna has cut my hair and my daughters hair. Styles were great. I say 2 thumbs up!
