My first time going here was amazing !!! The people were all so nice and the place was beautiful. I got the aromatherapy pedicure and it was to die for ! I had an amazing experience only thing that would make it better is if they did facials !
Best nail salon ever...they had me rolling the WHOLE time!! JJ Is the best. This nail is a must try....had a great experience!!!
DO NOT GO HERE! Employees were obnoxious and rude! They made nasty comments & even went as far as calling the friend I was with a b****. My friend needed a design added to her nail and they said it was ugly then went on to say they could do a different design. When her nails were ready for the design to be done, they said they couldn't do it. So, when it was my turn, I wanted to make sure & they told me I could add a certain color to my nails for a design & ended up not having the color, so we tried a different color. I didn't like how he did the design.. it was very sloppy and poorly done. Once I was paying to leave, he wouldn't let me out of the store unless I paid the up-charge for adding the second color even though it was removed! They were the two worst customers I've ever experienced. I will never return here! And if you want nice nails and an enjoyable experience, go to City Nails or Beautiful Nails and Spa like I should have in the first place!
This was the worst experience I've had at a nail spa. I would give zero stars if possible. I repeatly had to ask about the whirpool not working on the pedicure spa, then the plastic cover and another piece came off and was floating around my feet all while the whirlpool never came on, they were very understaffed for the amount of customers they had, and after waiting my turn for them to start my pedicure, they started working on another customer who came in after I did.
The worst service I've ever received from a nail salon! If I could give them 0 stars I would.
