Very friendly and knowledgeable. I also appreciate that they greeted us when we came in and allowed us to look around on our own. When we were ready for assistance they were ready and attentive...went out of their way to help us. They made us feel comfortable.
Did not purchase anything at Harris, but I appreciated going into a furniture store (for once!) and not having an associate follow me around like a lost puppy. I enjoyed looking and having the opportunity to ask questions when needed. I will consider business with Harris in the future.
