Went in and bought two sofas on a Saturday. It was delivered on Monday and one of my sofas was leaning. I immediately called the furniture store and spoke with Jessica who informed me that I will have to fill out paperwork on a new sofa that haven't been in my house for 30 minutes for them to come out and fix it. I informed Jessica that the sofa was new ,so why should I have to fill out paperwork on a new sofa. Jessica said that it is there policy if you had the furniture for a year. Once again I told her I only had the furniture for thirty minutes in my house. Jessica said that they were going to use my insurance that I had just purchased on the sofa to fix it. I told her no because the sofa hadn't been in my house for thirty minutes. So I took pictures of the sofa to show them that afternoon. When I arrived at Hank's furniture I spoke to Meagan and MARTHA told me "to be nice" about some furniture that I had bought from them and they are giving me the run around about fixing. That was very poor customer service. That is not how you talk to your paying customers. If Martha had to pay for it ,would Martha be nice?!So I proceed to Tell Martha to be nice,you all are getting my money. I'm the one who spent a lot of money on a leaning sofa. And I do agree after the sale is finally the customer service is no longer there!! RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN FROM HANK'S FINE FURNITURE AND DON'T LOOK BACK!!!!!! A JUNKYARD WOULD BE NICER AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WOULD BE SO MUCH BETTER.
Our salesman Aaron was great. We had been to a few other stores and he was our favorite salesman by far. I would recommend Arron or the manager Randy to anyone I know to help you find what you need.

I had a very good experience purchasing my new living room furniture. My sales associate Aaron was very helpful and knowledgeable about all of the furniture. He also called to let me know when they had my furniture ready for pick up. I was also very pleased when we picked up the furniture at how well they had it wrapped and secured to protect it from damage during loading and unloading process. The staff loaded the furniture very quickly and help to secure it in the truck. I would recommend Hanks if you are looking to purchase new furniture.
