The checkout women was standing around talking doing nothing while customers needed help in the dresses to find the right sizes to wear and there was no helpers there so I went up there and told them that because all they was doing was standing there just talking with each other doing nothing and the customers not getting help I was going to Dress Barn and buying my dresses. I got help there and bought my dresses.
Went to store on 10-17-17 at 1:30 and could not gain assistance in the window treatment section. They had the salesperson for this section running a register and not working her area. We were unable to gain assistance. Could not even get a manager to help us. Now I know why they are going out of business.
Very disappointed couldn't find sizes I needed or find things that were in the ads. No body on the floor working to ask and when I went to pay for my.purchase 2 checkers and about 15 people.
Outstanding Customer Service in the Mens Department, by a young man named Jeremy, go at him if you need a suit.
