My bank account was changed twice for the same item. Turtle Creek Dillards in Jonesboro, AR order an item to be shipped. The item was received the following day. It has been 5 days since the purchase. The double charge remains on my bank account. Manager won’t call me back, corporate disconnected the call. I’m getting the run around. My bank account is being held hostage for a bogus double charge.
