The place is brilliantly set up, and so comfortable. But when the doctor misdiagnosed my poor baby, Karma's Megaesophogus as being heartworms... He didn't even want to hear out what I had to say because "I was not the doctor". The medication he put her on killed her faster and now I no longer have my baby girl here on this earth with me. Thanks a lot!!!

This place is awesome. Staff and Dr's are extremely attentive and friendly. Dr Rogers assessed my little Benny, and made sure he was doing fine. As someone from out of town, and on the road, it was reassuring to know that the people here made us feel as if we were old friends and neighbors. Anyone who needs pervade in this area, should feel lucky to have such a place with caring people. I had called a clinic in Texas yesterday, and they said they were booked and didn't think they could get to him. Thank you to everyone here at Jonesboro family pet hospital.
This office is open on Saturday until 5. There is an on call veterinarian. They even offer dog treats and soda while you wait. My experience here was wonderful. My poor puppy was sick and I was afraid I wouldn't find a place I could bring him in to be looked at. The only down side is it seemed pricy compared to other places.
Only aaha certified hospital in town. They have lots of diagnostic equipment including ultrasound. They aren't cheap, but they are worth it especially if your per is unwell. They also have boarding on site.
