They have some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I had mail that was being sent to an old address and even though I had set up a forwarding address and filled out the change of address form they still failed to forward my mail and then said they would charge me for forwarding it even though a forwarding address was already set up. They are always rude when you call.
The absolute worst attitudes I've ever dealt with. I've been hung up on, yelled at and had my mail strewn all over the place. If these people hate their jobs so much, why don't they quit and allow people who know how to treat people, have their jobs? Do yourself a favor and file a complaint at the US Postal service's website. If they get enough complaints maybe they'll take out the garbage, at this location.
Very pleasant and helpful staff. Numerous P.O. Boxes for rent as well. Always clean and well lit.
Can't ever get my mail picked up at home, even when we receive mail that day. My mail gets sent to other people in the neighborhood. I receive other people's mail. Have put claims on this on 3 or 4 occasions. Never had this problem until about 2 years ago and nothing has been fixed! Absolute horrible customer service. Never seem to answer the phone during open hours. Nothing.
How hard is it to put the right mail in the right box. Check the number. Does it match? If yes, check the street name. Does it match? If yes, place it in the box. If no, find the correct street and box number to place it in. Worst customer service. On hold for over an hour then was hung up on. I have important mail being sent to the wrong box and them being sent back or who knows what else. This is ridiculous!
