Amazon emailed me a UPS label to return an item that was broken during shipping. I did not have a printer and asked if they could print the label at this location. No. And there's no other UPS location in Jonesboro. Frustrating. Go with FedEx, or even the post office. I started avoiding UPS years ago because of limited hours and lack of customer service options. At this point I use UPS only as a last resort.
Very helpful and quick. I was in and out with my package in route to delivery in no time!
Literally the worst shipping company I've dealt with. They were were late on my package, then they said they couldn't find my package at all, the customer service was terrible all around and if I can help it I won't be using them again. Do not recommend
These guys have always been amazing to my husband and I. Sometimes we miss packages, and they will literally go through the truck as soon as it comes back and take it off for us instead of having us wait (this is awesome, especially with exciting packages!). They're friendly and always willing to help.
The hours are too limited. It is closed is ther middle of day.
