"Accidental" shut-off of service led to loss of business and electronic record capability for our medical business. They apologized but no call was afforded us to notify us of shutoff (which would have cleared up their accident in applying a previous payment) I prefer to keep business local but unfortunately policies by this company may be better suited for home or other undependable use only. An additional complaint involves 2 incidents with incoming lines being damaged at the road by vehicles and weather. These sort of interruptions are expected but what was not expected was a charge for a service call on our bill. They always immediately remove these charges but you have to watch your invoices very closely and take the time to call and discuss them. This could be interpreted as poor business tactics... if we had overlooked this we would have overpaid. If your business relies on service without accidents and interruption, I regretfully admit that I would consider other providers.
If it rains you lose speed or you simply lose you internet altogether, what speed you pay for isn't the speed you get. They say expect at least (At most that is) 60 % what you pay for. LOL thats a joke. Than try and get hold of their support LOLOLOL that is even a bigger joke. If you can figure out HOW to contact them. Good luck. We have no choice in our area, so its this crappy ISP or nothing.
Thanks so much!
When it works it's alright, but a ping over fifty for a server not far away is crazy. What's even more crazy is the fact that we're paying almost 90. Sometimes the ping is good, other times it's awful. Also, we pay for 12 Mbps and are lucky to get 10. The fluctuation in speed and reliable, steady connectivity should be taken into consideration when planning price points. If I could switch to another provider, I would.
I have had a great experience with Ritter! Every time I call they are so friendly an always help! I talked to Ricky today an he was very friendly An helped get my problem fixed quickly!!
It works good. But there service isn’t that great. They take forever to do anything when you need them to come out. And you have to have a contract which sucks.
