These people choose to ignore me instead of fixing what they broke. This is a very unprofessional place who just want your money. I would go somewhere else if I were you.

After a week, I tired of waiting and called the main office. I spoke to the manager, informed him what was happening, and he said he would call the installer and call me back. He never called me back. I called again and left a message with his secretary. I was told he would call back. He never called me back.
I called this place to put a seal on my garage door. That very same day, after the installer had turned the traveler knobs and messed with my motor to get the seal to go all the way down, my motor started flashing and eventually quit working. I called the installer to come fix this. He showed up, couldn't figure it out and told me he would be back. I waited about a week and called him again. He came back and pretty much said the same thing. He said he would be back with someone else but not to call the main office or else they would charge me to fix the motor, which they broke.
