I made a mistake on my order (forgot cheese and sause) and they were kind enough to fix it up with no additional charge. Definately a great Domino's to go to
Anytime I'm craving pizza, I immediately think Domino's. The company has improved their pizza game TREMENDOUSLY in the last several years. There are always deals/coupons online and online ordering makes everything super easy.
Failure. First I was hung up on, then I called back woman acted as if doing me a favor for taking order. Pepperoni distributed very unevenly (what a group of underachievers). Dominos has a superior product when compared to others, regardless will loose market share with staff like this.

Tried to order some pizza for pickup at 9:50. Wanted one medium pizza and I was already in the parking lot. I'm not unreasonable. I worked in pizza for several years. I'm not going to place a huge order at closing or make them wait on me. However, after I called, they told me they were closed. I apologized and said I thought they closed at 12am. Lady on the phone said that this was correct but that they weren't taking any pickup orders after 10. She realized the time and then said, "I mean we've already taken all of the pick up orders we're going to take for tonight." I know this is the case but there was 10 more min, I was already there, and it's not like they've already cleaned ornshitdown the kitchen because they have to make to go orders for 2 more hours. Disappointing for sure.
