This is the place to go for any lock or key needs! I had bought a chip programmable key from Tom about 6 months ago [at less than half the price of everyone else, I might add!] and I thought I had done what was needed to make the key work to start my car, but apparently I didn't. I went out of town the next day, and then just kind of forgot about it. Over 6 months later I happened to be back in the shop for something else, and remembering my key, asked about it. Tom took it to my car, worked for just a couple of minutes, and now my key works perfectly! What impressed me the most was, before I left, Tom told me, "now if you have any more problems with this key, bring it back and we'll get you a new one". After 6 months he was not obligated to do anything, but he went above and beyond to fix the problem. He's got my business from now on!
Tom is the man! He came to my house on New Year's Day and made me a key for my car on the spot! He is the only locksmith I will ever call from here on out! Wonderful experience!
I called at 3:08 pm, he told me it would be 20 minutes. 30 minutes go by, nothing. Then forty, and still nothing. I tried calling back twice to make sure he had the right address or number, something. Both times it rang once and went straight to voicemail. Finally I’m able to borrow someone else’s phone and call my Mom. She shows up and calls the same number and he answered almost immediately! Tells her some cock and bull story and then says he’s half way to Trumann! Completely left me in the cold, didn’t bother to call saying he wouldn’t make it, just ditched out on this job for another. So, we call Jonesboro Lock and Key, they showed up in less than 15 minutes and took less than 5 to get me back in my car. Toms Lock and Key has lost my business, and I won’t be returning and it’s a damn shame because I use you guys all the time. You’re by my house, and I lock my keys in the car all time.
Absolutely a life saver! I locked me and my 1year old daughter out of our apartment and as soon as Tom's lock & key answered the phone their first concern was making it to us to get me and my daughter out of the cold.
