Seriously? 17 minute wait time and call back in 32? I had one question, easily answered. This is what is wrong with our government entities. I can't believe that they are THAT busy, first thing in the morning.
Sat on the phone for over 15 minutes waiting for a representative to answer a very simple question. Eventually the automated answering machine said that it was sorry and would try to connect me again. When it couldn't it just hung up on me!
Waited for an hour and a half for them to tell me i have to request the letter online. Complete waste of my time
