Very nice and very professional. Carpets never looked cleaner. The technician was very knowledgeable and efficient.
We had a fire so my insurance company set us up with this company. They came and I was amazed that a company would pack my house for us while we go through the many emotions we had at that time. Well when it was time to bring my stuff back I discovered that a lot of my stuff was missing(stolen if I'm being honest). My flat screen was tv was busted and my furniture had some kind of oily stuff on it. So when I called them they were nice about the situation the nice young man did replace my tv but with a cheaper less expensive one within the next few days. The other stuff I was told to give them the prices for so when I show up to get my check they had some girl say she found cheaper prices and that's the amount they would only be offering me. I was so ready for this to be over I took the little check and went on about my life. If I were to ever need a service like that again I would NEVER CALL THESE THIEVES.
