This is by far the best insurance agency around. They’ve got great employees that work fast and hard to take care of you and your needs. The lady at the front desk is the nicest, but everyone else is pretty easy to get along with.
Plus... They have great insurance rates. Can’t beat ‘em.
Friendly, but was not pleased with the customer service. I was over charged went in person, no one would return calls, ultimately cancelled my policy. Still never got a refund for the money they owed me.
These people try to make things as difficult as they can for you and will cause you to lose money in the long run. They make you go out of your way for simple things. I do not recommend this company for anyone.
Ive had my insurance there since 2008 and ill never switch.. They are the best insurance agency.. They took care of a claim that I had last year for me and they shop rates for me if I ever dislike the company they have me with. They have like 30 insurance companies they can use to get you better rates.
I love the staff at Arkansas First Choice Insurance! They girls are so friendly and helpful with anything I need with my insurance when I need it and their prices are the BEST in town. I would highly recommend them to anybody needing auto or home insurance.
