For a heart hospital they were very sorry significant other had to wait 10 minutes before they let him come back after my 20 minute wait on holding pressure. I ask for coffee and no visitors. That didn't happen even ask for him to leave and nurses didn't make him leave. The nurses spent little time with patients
My husband was flown into the ER and was provided amazing quick care. They acted like he was their number 1 patient. Awesome nurses and doctors. So blessed to be able to go to a hospital that provides Christ like healing. Love, love, live St bernards hospital
So much miscommunication. My mom suffered there for a week. So much conflicting info. Saying test where needed when they had been done, not once but several times. I can't believe they are still open!
Worst damn hospital I been. I was told at 530 that i would still a regular food tray buy only little late. They was doing this halls trays then. Now 4 hrs later the kitchen is closed and still no food.. now I have a migraine from not eating and my an,iety is even higher which is why im in here.. to many ppl in here for the pay check and not becaise they care about ppl.. I will never again come back to this hospital and will be yalking to lawyer when I get out. This is neglect if I ever saw it..
I would fine NO stars. Horrible. My mother suffered. Her dr called the day after she died and said he had no idea my mom had family there, even though we were in her room day and night. Which explains why we never saw him. So much misinformation/no communication. She Screamed for water for 3 days, nurse Ronda told me my mom was like a spoiled child wanting to be picked up, if she kept screaming for water we would eventually give in. 2 days after that they decided to do blood work after she was resubmitted to the ICU, her sodium was thru the roof. She was SO dehydrated and thirsty!!! This is not the only error. Just a circus of errors this place.
