Never purchase from Tucker's Appliance. I bought a GE washer and 3 weeks later it started making a noise. They do not stand behind their products. Nor are they willing to figure out a solution. I would like a refund, but you only get 48 hours to do that in. If it has problems 3 weeks later, your just out of luck. GE and their service men could not even diagnose the problem. Tucker says GE is responsible and GE says Tucker is responsible for the refund. I need a washer and have been without one for about 5 or 6 weeks. I gave them a one star because I had to in order to post.
Great customer service. I still can't find our "scratch or dent" but we saved about $300 over retail.
Went in looking for scratch and dent dryer for immediate pick up. Friendly and helpful staff. Dryer has cosmetic issue, but mechanically sound. Saved $100s of dollars and took home. Very pleased with purchase. Will definitely keep in mind for next appliance purchase!
The availability of appliances is mind boggling. Most are NEW in box and some do have a ding or scratch. However, unlike big box stores Tucker's will generally give you a deal even if the items aren't on sale. The sales member was knowledgeable about products and they offer delivery and hook up. Curb side delivery is free with the company.
