Every time I come in JTS I'm greeted by multiple people. This store has a very positive atmosphere and all the employees are very helpful.
Bought a tractor combo new back in 2012. Immediately had problems with the tractor. it didn't want to run. JTS is about 5 hours from my house, so luckily my local Kubota dealer worked with me to fix the problem, but JTS was not any help at all. Also, I am just now writing this review because I just found out there is no AirLock leak sealer in my tires like I ordered and PAID for. I paid for the AirLock sealer to be put in my tires, I always thought the tractor was kinda light on the ground, well I had a valve stem get knocked off the tire and nothing came out. There was no sealer in any tires. I now have water in them, but I paid for the sealer to be installed and it wasn't. I will never go back to this store to buy anything.

Seems like a good bunch of guys. All that I encountered were knowledgeable (answered questions to my satisfaction) and happy to help me with my selection. I ended up purchasing both a Stihl string trimmer and a blower. Current promotion was to purchase a 6-pack of Stihl synthetic oil for your premix and Stihl will double your 2-year warranty to 4 years!
